General Contest Rules: Participants must be 18 years or older. Legal U.S. citizens. Must not have won any prize from WNKO/WHTH within the last 30 days, with only one winner per household every 30 days permitted. Prizes not claimed within 7 business days (through e-mailed disclaimer or Picked-up in Studio (Monday thru Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, excluding Holiday's) of date notified, will be forfeited, unless the winner is otherwise notified, any winner forfeiting a prize will be ineligible for any prize, from both WNKO/WHTH, promotions and contests, for 12 months. All calls on WNKO/WHTH studio line can be recorded for playback on WNKO/WHTH. Winners can have prize mailed to them by filling out, signing, and returning to WNKO / WHTH a prize disclaimer. WHTH is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.  All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. WHTH does not assume responsibility for events cancelled, or rescheduled, and is not responsible for replacing tickets/prizes already won to the cancelled or rescheduled events. Employees of WNKO/WHTH, participating sponsors, their families, and employees of any radio station, in central Ohio, are not eligible to win. WNKO/WHTH assumes the right to change these, and any contest rules, at any time. Specific rules may apply, to different contests, and are available online, at the station, or both.
